Presentation of the draft monitoring report on implementation of “Open Government Partnership Initiative National Action Plan for 2012 – 2015”

“Transparency Azerbaijan” Anti-corruption Public Association, the local chapter of “Transparency International” organized presentation of the draft  monitoring report on implementation of the “Open Government Partnership Initiative National Action Plan 2012 – 2015”, which was produced within the framework of Azerbaijan Partnership for Transparency Project funded by United States Agency for International Development.

The main goal of the APT Project is to strengthen roles of leading civil society organizations in fighting against corruption, to assist in the strategy for fighting against corruption and the implementation of the obligations under the Open Government Partnership Initiative. Within this framework, one of the main components of the APT project, which covers four years activities is to monitor the implementation of the “Open Government Partnership Initiative National Action Plan 2012 – 2015”.

The final version of the report will be presented to the Commission on Combating Corruption of the Republic of Azerbaijan and other the governmental and non-governmental institutions.
